1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-104 under the Parks Act is amended by adding the following definition in alphabetical order:
“family” means a group consisting of a maximum of two adults and their children who are 18 years of age or under;
2The heading “POOL FEES” preceding section 22.2 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 22.2 of the Regulation is repealed.
4The heading “ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE MUSEUM ADMISSION” preceding section 22.3 of the Regulation is repealed.

6The heading “GREENS FEES” preceding section 24 of the Regulation is repealed.
7Section 24 of the Regulation is repealed.
8The heading “GOLF RENTAL FEES” preceding section 24.01 of the Regulation is repealed.
9Section 24.01 of the Regulation is repealed.
10The heading “CHAIR LIFT FEES” preceding section 24.1 of the Regulation is repealed.
11Section 24.1 of the Regulation is repealed.
12The heading “BIKING FEES” preceding section 24.2 of the Regulation is repealed.
13Section 24.2 of the Regulation is repealed.
14The heading “MISCELLANEOUS FEES” preceding section 24.3 of the Regulation is repealed.
15Section 24.3 of the Regulation is repealed.
16Subparagraph 24.4(2)(b)(ii) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “The Rocks” and substituting “Hopewell Rocks”.
17Section 25 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “une embarcation” and substituting “un bateau”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “des embarcations” and substituting “des bateaux”;
(c) in subsection (3) by striking out “une embarcation” and substituting “un bateau”.
18The heading “SKI LIFT PASS FEES AND SKIING” preceding section 26 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “SKI LIFT PASS FEES AND”.
19Section 26 of the Regulation is repealed.
20The heading “CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING” preceding section 27.11 of the Regulation is repealed.
21Section 27.11 of the Regulation is repealed.
22The Regulation is amended by adding before the heading “GENERAL” preceding section 28 the following:
ENTRANCE FEES FOR HOPEWELL ROCKS PROVINCIAL PARK
27.3(1)Subject to subsection (2), the entrance fees for Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park are as follows:
(a) regular rates:
(i) free for children 4 years of age or under;
(ii) $6.75 per person for children 5 to 18 years of age;
(iii) $9.00 per person for adults 19 to 64 years of age;
(iv) $7.75 per person for students 19 years of age or over with a valid student card;
(v) $8.00 per person for adults 19 years of age or over with a Canadian military identification card;
(vi) $7.75 per person for senior citizens;
(vii) $24.00 per family; and
(viii) $22.00 per family for families with a Canadian military identification card;
(b) rates for members of the Canadian Automobile Association:
(i) $5.60 per person for children 5 to 18 years of age;
(ii) $7.65 per person for adults 19 to 64 years of age;
(iii) $6.75 per person for students 19 years of age or over with a valid student card;
(iv) $6.75 per person for senior citizens; and
(v) $20.70 per family;
(c) rates for Fully Independent Travellers:
(i) $7.50 per person; and
(ii) $21.00 per family;
(d) rates for groups of 12 or more students in kindergarten to grade 12:
(i) $4.25 per student;
(ii) free for one driver per bus; and
(iii) free for one teacher or supervisor per 10 students;
(e) rates for groups of 12 or more persons in a bus tour:
(i) $5.25 per person for bus tours with a reservation;
(ii) $6.75 per person for bus tours without a reservation;
(iii) free for one driver per bus; and
(iv) free for one tour guide per bus; and
(f) rates for season passes:
(i) if purchased on or before the third Friday in June:
(A) $20.00 per person; and
(B) $53.00 per family; and
(ii) if purchased after the third Friday in June:
(A) $30.00 per person; and
(B) $79.00 per family.
27.3(2)If a person presents a valid coupon or pass, the entrance fees referred to in subsection (1) shall be reduced or waived in accordance with the terms of the coupon or pass.
27.3(3)A season pass is not transferable.
23Section 28 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
28The Minister may refund, on a pro rata basis, the unused portion of a seasonal or annual fee prescribed under this Regulation.
24Section 28.1 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
28.1The fees set out in sections 22, 23, 24.4, 25 and 27.3 and in Schedules B, C and D are tax inclusive.
