REGULATION 2013-42

1Section 13.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
13.1(1)The town called Hampton is continued.
13.1(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Hampton, being an area contiguous to Hampton, is annexed to Hampton and the new territorial limits of Hampton are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 13.1(2).
13.1(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 1, 2013.
13.1(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as Hampton.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 13.1(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on June 1, 2013.
