NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2013-36
under the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act
(O.C. 2013-129)

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (e.6) the following:
(e.61) an offence under section 3.1 of the Shortline Railways Act;
(b) in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (f) the following:
(f.01) in respect of a prescribed offence specified in paragraph (1)(e.61), off-road vehicle enforcement officers appointed under section 2.1 of the Off-Road Vehicle Act, members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and police officers as defined in the Police Act;
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:
