REGULATION 2013-32

Hospital Services Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-167 under the Hospital Services Act is amended
(a) by repealing the definition “Public Health and Medical Services Division”;
(b) by repealing the definition “members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police force”;
(c) by repealing the definition “Medicare Branch” and substituting the following:
“Medicare Branch” means the Medicare Insured Services and Physician Remuneration Branch and the Medicare Eligibility and Claims Branch of the Department of Health;
2Section 6 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (1)(b);
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “(1)(a) to (c)” and substituting “(1)(a) and (c)”;
(c) in subsection (3) by striking out “(1)(a), (b) or (c)” and substituting “(1)(a) or (c)”.
