1Subsection 9(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-247 under the Revenue Administration Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (g) by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(b) in paragraph (h) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting “, and”;
(c) by adding after paragraph (h) the following:
(i) on or after March 1, 2013, 0.7591% per month compounded monthly or 9.5% per year.
