1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-66 under the Criminal Prosecution Expenses Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “Table of Witness Fees Regulation Summary Convictions Act” and substituting “Table of Witness Fees Regulation-Provincial Offences Procedure Act”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “Table of Witness Fees Regulation - Summary Convictions Act” and substituting “Table of Witness Fees Regulation-Provincial Offences Procedure Act”;
(c) in subsection (3) by striking out “Table of Witness Fees Regulation - Summary Convictions Act” and substituting “Table of Witness Fees Regulation-Provincial Offences Procedure Act”.
