1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 91-95 under the Film and Video Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 21 of the Film and Video Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2Section 1 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Loi sur le film et le vidéo” and substituting “Loi sur le film et la vidéo”.
3Section 2 of the French version of the Regulation is amended in the definition « Loi » by striking out “Loi sur le film et le vidéo” and substituting “Loi sur le film et la vidéo”.
