1Section 5 of New Brunswick Regulation 2010-127 under the Securities Act is amended
(a) in subparagraph (a)(iii) by striking out “60 days” and substituting “30 days”;
(b) in subparagraph (b)(ii) by striking out “60 days” and substituting “30 days”.
2Subsection 6(1) of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “60-day period referred to in subparagraph 3(a)(iii) or 5(a)(iii), as the case may be,” and substituting “60-day period referred to in subparagraph 3(a)(iii) or the 30-day period referred to in subparagraph 5(a)(iii), as the case may be,”.
