1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 94-89 under the Highway Act is amended
(a) by repealing the heading preceding section 1.1 and substituting the following:
Route 1 - Canada-United States Border Crossing to Gilman’s Corner
(b) by repealing section 1.1 and substituting the following:
1.1All that portion of Route 1 located in Saint Stephen Parish, Saint David Parish and Saint Croix Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 1 that is 733 metres west of the boundary between New Brunswick and the United States; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Route 1 for a distance of approximately 21.593 kilometres to the centre of the grade separation for Route 1 and Route 127, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
