1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-124 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) in subsection (4.5) by striking out “fourteen” and substituting “twelve”;
(b) in subsection (4.6) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “fourteen” and substituting “twelve”.
2Section 15.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “hound hunting permit under section 13 or 15 unless the holder is fourteen” and substituting “permit under section 13 or 15 unless the holder is twelve”.
3Schedule B of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule B is substituted.
4This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2012.
