1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 86-32 under the Financial Administration Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:
2Section 3 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
(a) for the visit,
(i) on or after April 1, 2012, $51,
(ii) on or after April 1, 2013, $59, and
(iii) on or after April 1, 2014, $68;
(ii) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) for each 15-minute period or portion of a 15-minute period spent by the veterinarian on the premises,
(i) on or after April 1, 2012, $18,
(ii) on or after April 1, 2013, $21, and
(iii) on or after April 1, 2014, $24;
(iii) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:

(b) in subsection (2)
(i) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:

5Section 7 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:

(i) $127 per hour for a veterinarian’s service, with a minimum charge of $380 per visit;
(ii) $53 per hour for a technical assistant’s service, with a minimum charge of $159 per visit; and
(iii) the cost of supplies used during the flushing and recovery of the bovine embryos;
(ii) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) on or after April 1, 2013:
(i) $146 per hour for a veterinarian’s service, with a minimum charge of $437 per visit;
(ii) $61 per hour for a technical assistant’s service, with a minimum charge of $183 per visit; and
(iii) the cost of supplies used during the flushing and recovery of the bovine embryos; and
