The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 86-32 under the Financial Administration Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 56 of the
Financial Administration Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

Section 3 of the Regulation is amended
(
a
)
in subsection (1)
(i
)
by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
