1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 90-120 under the Clean Water Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “paragraph 14(9)(b)” and substituting “paragraph 14.1(2)(a)”;
(ii) in paragraph (c) by striking out “paragraph 14(9)(b)” and substituting “paragraph 14.1(2)(a)”;
(iii) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) file a copy of the exemption in the general register of Designation Orders and in the regional registers of Designation Orders referred to in subsection 14(7) of the Act.
(b) in the portion following paragraph (4)(b) by striking out “paragraph 14(9)(b)” and substituting “paragraph 14.1(2)(a)”.
