1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 94-94 under the Highway Act is amended by repealing section 22 and substituting the following:
22All that portion of Route 11 located in Miramichi, Northumberland County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the west side of Route 11 and designated as a level IV controlled access highway on the east side of Route 11 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 11 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 11 and Route 8; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of 240 metres.
