1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 94-90 under the Highway Act is amended
(a) by repealing section 20 and substituting the following:
20All that portion of Route 11 from the centre of Big Tracadie River Bridge to Petit Carey Road located in Saumarez Parish and Inkerman Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 11 that is at the centre of Big Tracadie River Bridge; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of approximately 17.5 kilometres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 11 and Petit Carey Road, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
(b) by repealing the heading preceding section 23 and substituting the following:
Principale Street at the southern interchange with Route 11
(c) by adding after section 24 the following:
Principale Street at the northern interchange with Route 11
25All those portions of Principale Street located in Saumarez Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Principale Street and the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Principale Street for a distance of approximately 223 metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of du Parc Street and Principale Street.
Route 150 at the southern interchange with Route 11
26All those portions of Route 150 located in Saumarez Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 150 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 150 for a distance of 195 metres.
Petit Carey Road
27All those portions of Petit Carey Road located in Inkerman Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Petit Carey Road and Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Petit Carey Road for a distance of 159 metres.
Route 150 at the northern intersection with Route 11
28All those portions of Route 150 located in Inkerman Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 150 and Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 150 for a distance of approximately 96 metres to the center line of the travelled portion of Trois Maisons Street.
