1Paragraph 4(1)(c) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-187 under the Plumbing Installation and Inspection Act is amended by striking out “holder of a permit issued under section 18 of the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act” and substituting “holder of a work permit issued under section 48 of the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act”.
2This Regulation comes into force on July 31, 2012.
