1The enacting clause preceding section 1 of New Brunswick Regulation 2002-27 under the Regional Health Authorities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 71 of the Regional Health Authorities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2Section 2 is amended by repealing the definition “mission statement”.
3The heading “Eligibility to be member of board of directors” preceding section 3 of the Regulation is repealed.
4Section 3 of the Regulation is repealed.
5The heading “Appointment to board” preceding section 4 of the Regulation is repealed.
6Section 4 of the Regulation is repealed.
7The heading “Mission statement of board” preceding section 6 of the Regulation is repealed.
8Section 6 of the Regulation is repealed.
9The heading “Meetings of board of directors” preceding section 7 of the Regulation is repealed.
10Section 7 of the Regulation is repealed.
11The heading “Minutes of board meetings” preceding section 8 of the Regulation is repealed.
12Section 8 of the Regulation is repealed.
13Section 24 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 65” and substituting “section 64”.
14This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on December 30, 2011.
