1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 84-103 under the Private Investigators and Security Services Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 33 of the Private Investigators and Security Services Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2Paragraph 3(1)(c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 6” and substituting “section 11”.
3Paragraph 4(1)(c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 6” and substituting “section 11”.
4Subsection 5(1) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
5(1)Subject to subsection (2), the fee
(a) for a private investigation agency licence or for its renewal is $400,
(b) for a security services licence or for its renewal is $400,
(c) for a private investigator’s licence or for its renewal is $50, and
(d) for a security services agent’s licence or for its renewal is $50.
5Section 6 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “paragraph 6(1)(a)” and substituting “paragraph 11(1)(a)”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “paragraph 6(1)(a.1)” and substituting “paragraph 11(1)(b)”.
6This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2012.
