1Section 11 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (g) by striking out “fire protection and” and substituting “fire protection, non-fire related rescue and”;
(b) in paragraph (k) by striking out “fire protection,” and substituting “fire protection, non-fire related rescue,”;
(c) in paragraph (l) by striking out “fire protection and” and substituting “fire protection, non-fire related rescue and”.
2Paragraph 16(c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “fire protection,” and substituting “fire protection, non-fire related rescue,”.
3Paragraph 16.1(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “fire protection and” and substituting “fire protection, non-fire related rescue and”.
