1New Brunswick Regulation 2003-39 under the Small Business Investor Tax Credit Act is amended by adding after section 2 the following:
Application for registration
2.1For the purposes of subsection 6(2) of the Act, the application fee is $100.
2Section 10 of the Regulation is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following:
10(3)For the purposes of subsection 14(2) of the Act, the application fee is $25.
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
