Filed March 30, 2012

1Section 6 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-210 under the Real Property Tax Act is amended by striking out “3%” and substituting “1.5%”.

2Section 13.2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “3%” and substituting “1.5%”.

3Section 13.3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “3%” and substituting “1.5%”.

4This Regulation comes into force on April 3, 2012.
