1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 2006-8 under the Financial Administration Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2Subsection 3(1) of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 4 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
4(1)The fees for providing a hard copy of an aerial photograph are as follows:
(a) $8 for a 9" × 9" photograph;
(b) $15 for a 11" × 17" enlargement of a photograph;
(c) $20 for a 24" × 24" enlargement of a photograph; and
(d) $30 for a 32" × 38" enlargement of a photograph.
4(2)The fee for providing a PDF of an enlargement of an aerial photograph is $15.
4(3)The fee for providing a digital image of an aerial photograph is $12.
4(4)The fee for a rectified orthophotograph for GIS is $15.
4Subsection 5(3) of the English version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “land grant” and substituting “grant plan”.
5The heading “Droits relatifs à la base de données numérique de l’inventaire des ressources” preceding section 6 of the French version of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

6Section 6 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
6(1)The fees for providing information from the digital resource inventory, on a per tile basis, are as follows:
(a) $25 for each of the first 10 tiles; and
(b) $2 for each additional tile.
6(2)The fees for providing information from the digital resource inventory for the following Department of Natural Resources’ provincial administrative database layers are as follows:
(a) $50 - Department of Natural Resources’ District Boundaries;
(b) $50 - Department of Natural Resources’ Regional Boundaries;
(c) $50 - Crown Land License Boundaries;
(d) $50 - Forest Products Marketing Board Boundaries;
(e) $50 - Protected Natural Areas;
(f) $50 - Wildlife Management Zones;
(g) $50 - Ownership Administrative Classification;
(h) $50 - Provincial Boundary;
(i) $50 - County Boundaries; and
(j) $50 - Parish Boundaries.
7Section 7 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (1);
(b) by repealing subsection (2);
(c) by repealing subsection (3);
(d) by repealing subsection (4);
(e) by repealing subsection (5);
(f) by repealing subsection (6) and substituting the following:
7(6)The fee for providing a hard copy of a forest inventory map (1: 12,500) is $15.
(g) by repealing subsection (7) and substituting the following:
7(7)The fee for providing a hard copy of a New Brunswick provincial map (1: 500,000) is $15.
(h) by adding after subsection (7) the following:
7(8)The fee for providing a hard copy of a base map (1: 50,000) is $15.
7(9)The fee for providing a hard copy of a county map is $15.
7(10)The fee for providing a hard copy of a Wildlife Management Zones map is $15.
7(11)The fees for providing a copy of an orthophotograph of a map (1: 10,000) are as follows:
(a) $15 for a hard copy; and
(b) $15 for a digital image.
8Section 8 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (1);
(b) by repealing subsection (2);
(c) by repealing subsection (3);
(d) in subsection (5) by striking out “$0.05” and substituting “$0.25”;
(e) by adding after subsection (6) the following:
8(7)The fee for providing a lamination (maximum size of 11" × 17") is $2.
8(8)The fees for providing a hard copy (maximum width of 36" or 91.44 cm) are as follows:
(a) $1.50/sq.ft. ($16.15/m²) for a colour copy; and
(b) $1.00/sq.ft ($10.76/m²) for a black and white photocopy.
8(9)The fees for providing a digital image (maximum width of 36" or 91.44 cm) are as follows:
(a) $1.00/sq.ft ($10.76/m²) for a colour image; and
(b) $1.00/sq.ft ($10.76/m²) for a black and white image.
9This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
