1Section 7 of New Brunswick Regulation 2009-138 under the Public Health Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) Class 4 food premises:
(i) from April 1, 2012, to March 31, 2013, inclusive - $250;
(ii) from April 1, 2013, to March 31, 2014, inclusive - $255; and
(iii) on and after April 1, 2014 - $265; and
(ii) in paragraph (e) by striking out “$450” and substituting “$350”;
(b) in subsection (2)
(i) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$1” and substituting “$3”;
(ii) in paragraph (c) of the English version by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(iii) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) a licence to operate a Class 5 food premises that includes an abattoir is:
(i) from April 1, 2012, to March 31, 2013, inclusive - $350;
(ii) from April 1, 2013, to March 31, 2014, inclusive - $475; and
(iii) on and after April 1, 2014 - $600; and
(iv) by adding after paragraph (d) the following:
(e) a licence to operate a Class 5 food premises that includes a dairy plant is:
(i) from April 1, 2012, to March 31, 2013, inclusive - $650;
(ii) from April 1, 2013, to March 31, 2014, inclusive - $850; and
(iii) on and after April 1, 2014 - $1,050.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
