REGULATION 2012-33

Harmonized Sales Tax Act

1Section 11 of New Brunswick Regulation 97-28 under the Harmonized Sales Tax Act is amended
(a) by repealing the following definitions:
“insurer”;
“segregated fund”;
“specified service”;
(b) in the definition “service” in the English version by striking out the semicolon at the end of the definition and substituting a period.
2Section 13 of the Regulation is repealed.
3This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on July 1, 2010.
