1Section 11 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (b) by striking out “first aid and ambulance services” and substituting “recreational and sports facilities”;
(b) in paragraph (l) by striking out “non-fire related rescue” and substituting “non-fire related rescue, recreational and sports facilities”;
(c) in paragraph (m) by striking out “fire protection” and substituting “fire protection, recreational and sports facilities”;
(d) in paragraph (o) by striking out “first aid and ambulance services” and substituting “recreational and sports facilities”.
