1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-11 under the New Brunswick Income Tax Act is amended by striking out “2009 and 2010” and substituting “2009, 2010 and 2011”.
2Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2010” and substituting “2011”.
3This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2011.
