1Section 32 of New Brunswick Regulation 96-126 under the Pesticides Control Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) in paragraph (a) by striking out “one hundred and fifty dollars” and substituting “$165”;
(ii) in paragraph (b) by striking out “fifty dollars” and substituting “$55”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “one hundred and fifty dollars” and substituting “$165”;
(c) in subsection (8) by striking out “two hundred dollars” and substituting “$220”.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
