1Subsection 5.1(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 87-83 under the Clean Environment Act is amended

(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$5,000” and substituting “$5,500”;

(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$2,500” and substituting “$2,750”;

(c) in paragraph (c) by striking out “$1,000” and substituting “$1,100”.

2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
