1Subsection 4(5) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (i);
(b) by adding after paragraph (j) the following:
(j.1) the rural community of Kedgwick continued under the Rural Community of Kedgwick Regulation - Municipalities Act, the territorial limits of which are set out under that regulation,
(c) by repealing paragraph (v).
2This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2012.
