NEW BRUNSWICK

REGULATION 2012-17

under the

Real Property Tax Act

(O.C. 2012-70)

Filed March 12, 2012

1Subsection 3(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-210 under the Real Property Tax Act is amended by adding after paragraph (o) the following:

(o.1) any tax deferral under section 5.02 of the Act;

(o.2) any interest under section 5.02 of the Act;

2This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2013.
