1Subsection 4(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-6 under the Assessment Act is amended by adding after paragraph (h) the following:
(h.01) any tax deferral under section 5.02 of the Real Property Tax Act;
(h.02) any interest under section 5.02 of the Real Property Tax Act;
2This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2013.
