1Paragraph 42.01(3)(a) of New Brunswick Regulation 82-81 under the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act is amended by striking out “five years” and substituting “three years”.
2Paragraph 42.03(3)(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “five years” and substituting “three years”.
3Paragraph 42.04(3)(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “five years” and substituting “three years”.
4Paragraph 42.06(3)(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “five years” and substituting “three years”.
5Paragraph 42.07(3)(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “five years” and substituting “three years”.
6This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2013.
