1Section 7 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-207 under the Private Occupational Training Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
7(1)An application for registration or renewal of registration as a training organization shall be accompanied by the following fees:
(a) $700; and
(b) $100 per occupational training program provided by the training organization.
7(2)An application for registration or renewal of registration as an agent, representative or salesperson of a training organization, or as a teacher or instructor of an occupational training program shall be accompanied by a fee of $25.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
