REGULATION 2011-64

Fire Prevention Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 82-20 under the Fire Prevention Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “2005” and substituting “2010”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “17th Edition” and substituting “20th Edition”;
(c) by repealing paragraph (c.1) and substituting the following:
(c.1) CSA Standard B139-09: Installation code for oil-burning equipment and Update No. 1 B139-09 February 2010;
(d) by repealing paragraph (d);
(e) by repealing paragraph (e) and substituting the following:
(e) the National Building Code of Canada 2010, with the exception of Parts 2 and 7 of Division B of Volume 2.
2Paragraph 3(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2005” and substituting “2010”.
3This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2011.
