1Subsection 3(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 83-199 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended by adding after paragraph (j) the following:
(j.1) Weigh Tronix Model HDMT5-13 23 33 20-12, quad-deck full load cell axle massing scale system, capacity one hundred and fifty thousand kilograms total;
