1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 94-47 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
4(2)An application for a resident moose licence may be made
(a) by using a computer assisted application line from a touch tone telephone,
(b) by completing an electronic application available on the Department website, or
(c) by completing an application form provided by the Minister at an office of the Department or a Service New Brunswick Centre.
(b) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:
4(3)An applicant for a resident moose licence shall pay a non-refundable application fee of
(a) $6.30, if the application is made in accordance with paragraph (2)(a) or (b), or
(b) $10.50, if the application is made in accordance with paragraph (2)(c).
(c) by repealing subsection (5) and substituting the following:
4(5)An application for a non-resident moose licence may be made
(a) by using a computer assisted application line from a touch tone telephone, or
(b) by completing an electronic application available on the Department website.
(d) by repealing subsection (6) and substituting the following:
4(6)An applicant for a non-resident moose licence shall pay a non-refundable application fee of $26.25.
2 Subsection 7(1) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
(a) by completing
(i) an electronic application available on the Department website, or
(ii) an application form provided by the Minister at an office of the Department or a Service New Brunswick Centre,
(b) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c) by paying a non-refundable application fee of
(i) $6.30, if the application is made in accordance with subparagraph (a)(i), or
(ii) $10.50, if the application is made in accordance with subparagraph (a)(ii).
3Subsection 22(2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “five dollars” and substituting “$5.25”.
4(1)Paragraphs 1(a) and (b) and section 2 of this Regulation come into force on April 1, 2011.
4(2)Paragraphs 1(c) and (d) and section 3 of this Regulation come into force on January 1, 2012.
