1Section 27 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-175 under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$20” and substituting “$40”;
(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$20” and substituting “$40”;
(c) in paragraph (d) by striking out “$40” and substituting “$50”;
(d) in paragraph (g) by striking out “$40” and substituting “$50”;
(e) in paragraph (h) by striking out “$40” and substituting “$50”.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2011.
