1Section 702 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-174 under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act is amended
(a) in subsection (2) by striking out “$55” and substituting “$50”;
(b) in subsection (5) by striking out “$40” and substituting “$50”.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2011.
