1Subsection 3(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 2000-42 under the Registry Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a)
(i) in subparagraph (i) by striking out “$65.00” and substituting “$75”;
(ii) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “$20.00” and substituting “$25”;
(iii) in subparagraph (iii) by striking out “$5.00” and substituting “$10”;
(b) in subparagraph (b)(ii) by striking out “$175.00” and substituting “$175”;
(c) in paragraph (c)
(i) in subparagraph (i) by striking out “$65.00” and substituting “$75”;
(ii) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “$20.00” and substituting “$25”;
(iii) in subparagraph (iii) by striking out “$5.00” and substituting “$10”;
(d) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) for registering, under the Condominium Property Act, an instrument in which no reference to a unit is made, including an order under section 60 of that Act in which no reference to a unit is made, a declaration and description, an amendment to a declaration and description, a dedication of additional land, bylaws or rules..............$75
(e) by repealing paragraph (e) and substituting the following:
(e) for registering, under the Condominium Property Act, a plan of survey attached to an instrument registered under paragraph (d) or a plan of survey amending a previously filed instrument or plan of survey
(i)for the first five units shown on the plan, per unit..............$75
 
(ii)for the next forty-five units shown on the plan, per unit..............$25
 
(iii)for all units shown on the plan in excess of those referred to in subparagraphs (i) and (ii), per unit..............$10
(f) in paragraph (f)
(i) in the portion preceding subparagraph (i) by striking out “section 23” and substituting “section 60”;
(ii) in subparagraph (i) by striking out “$65.00” and substituting “$75”;
(iii) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “$20.00” and substituting “$25”;
(iv) in subparagraph (iii) by striking out “$5.00” and substituting “$10”;
(g) in paragraph (g) by striking out “$65.00” and substituting “$75”;
(h) in paragraph (h) by striking out “$13.00” and substituting “$13”;
(i) in paragraph (j) by striking out “$15.00” and substituting “$17.50”.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2011.
