1Schedule B of New Brunswick Regulation 83-130 under the Land Titles Act is amended
(a) in section 1 by striking out
$62 fee per parcel for
and substituting the following:
$72 fee per parcel for
(b) in section 5 by striking out “$30” and substituting “$35”;
(c) by adding after section 5 the following:
5.1Application for the consolidation of adjoining parcels of registered land - a fee of $100 per application.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2011.
