1Subsection 92(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 95-57 under the Personal Property Security Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$20.00, plus $7.00” and substituting “$23.00, plus $8.00”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “$7.00” and substituting “$8.00”;
(c) in paragraph (i) by striking out “$8.00” and substituting “$9.00”.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2011.
