REGULATION 2010-89

Post-Secondary Student Financial Assistance Act

1 Section 23 of New Brunswick Regulation 2007-78 under the Post-Secondary Student Financial Assistance Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (c)
(i) by repealing subparagraph (i) and substituting the following:
(i) the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) or the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), or
(ii) by repealing subparagraph (ii) and substituting the following:
(ii) a New Brunswick post-secondary educational institution not included in paragraph (b) or subparagraph (i),
(b) in paragraph (d)
(i) by repealing subparagraph (ii) and substituting the following:
(ii) the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) or the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), or
(ii) by repealing subparagraph (iii) and substituting the following:
(iii) a New Brunswick post-secondary educational institution not included in subparagraph (i) or (ii),
