1Subsection 8(8) of New Brunswick Regulation 94-157 under the Public Purchasing Act is amended by adding “the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC),” after “Ambulance New Brunswick Inc. or to”.
2Subsection 9(5) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC),” after “Ambulance New Brunswick Inc. or to”.
3Subsection 10(4) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC),” after “Ambulance New Brunswick Inc. or to”.
4Section 28 of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC),” after “the New Brunswick Securities Commission,”.
5Schedule B of the Regulation is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:
