REGULATION 2010-84

Employment Standards Act

1Subsection 3(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 85-179 under the Employment Standards Act is amended:
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “; and” and substituting a semicolon;
(b) by adding after paragraph (a) the following:
(a.1) instructors or teachers with the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC);
(a.2) instructors or teachers with the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB); and
