1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 95-61 under the Family Income Security Act is amended
(a) by repealing the definition “Interim Assistance Program”;
(b) in the definition “Transitional Assistance Program” by striking out “or the Interim Assistance Program”.
2Section 8 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (2)(e);
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “paragraph (2)(e), (e.01)” and substituting “paragraph (2)(e.01)”;
(c) in subsection (4.2)
(i) in paragraph (b) by striking out “paragraph (2)(e), (e.01)” and substituting “paragraph (2)(e.01)”;
(ii) in paragraph (e) by striking out “paragraph (2)(e), (e.01)” and substituting “paragraph (2)(e.01)”;
(d) in subsection (4.5)
(i) in subparagraph (a)(i) by striking out “paragraph (2)(e), (e.01)” and substituting “paragraph (2)(e.01)”;
(ii) in paragraph (e) by striking out “paragraph (2)(e), (e.01)” and substituting “paragraph (2)(e.01)”.
3Section 17 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “the Extended Benefits Program, the Transitional Assistance Program or the Interim Assistance Program” and substituting “the Extended Benefits Program or the Transitional Assistance Program”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “the Extended Benefits Program, the Transitional Assistance Program or the Interim Assistance Program” and substituting “the Extended Benefits Program or the Transitional Assistance Program”.
4Schedule A of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule A is substituted.
