Electrical Installation and Inspection Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-165 under the Electrical Installation and Inspection Act is amended in the definition “Code” in the portion preceding paragraph (a)

(a) by striking out “CSA Standard C22.1-06” and substituting “CSA Standard C22.1-09”, and

(b) by striking out “Twentieth Edition” and substituting “Twenty-first Edition”.

2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2010.
