1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 2006-34 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
4The territorial limits of Saint-André are as follows:
Beginning at the point where the parish line between Saint-André Parish and Saint-Léonard Parish meets the international boundary line between the State of Maine and the Province of New Brunswick; thence in a southeasterly direction along the said international boundary line to a point where the said international boundary line meets the county line between Madawaska County and Victoria County; thence in a southeasterly direction along the said county line to a point on the southern prolongation of the eastern boundary of the lot with NB PID #35106459, the said point being also a point on the northern boundary of the town of Grand Falls; thence in a northerly direction along the said prolongation to a point on the southern right-of-way of the Canadian National Railway; thence in a southeasterly and northeasterly direction along the said right-of-way to the western corner of the lot with NB PID #65196206, the said corner being also a point on the county line between Madawaska County and Victoria County; thence in a northeasterly and northerly direction along the said county line to a point on the parish line between Saint-André Parish and Saint- Léonard Parish; thence in a southwesterly direction along the said parish line to the place of beginning.
2Section 13 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:

3Subsection 14(3) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
14(3)The services of fire protection and recreational and sports facilities are prescribed as services to be provided by the Minister for that portion of Saint-André described as follows:
