(i) by striking out “Town of Caraquet” and substituting “Caraquet”;
(ii) by striking out “The Town of Grand Falls” and substituting “Grand Falls”;
(iii) by striking out “Town of Shippagan” and substituting “Shippagan”;
(b) in Group E
(i) by striking out “Village de Cap-Pele” and substituting “Cap-Pelé”;
(ii) by striking out “Village of Petit Rocher”;
(iii) by adding after

the following:

(iv) by striking out “Town of St. Leonard”;
(v) by adding after
