1Subsection 23(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 97-28 under the Harmonized Sales Tax Act is amended by striking out “sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16” and substituting “sections 12, 16”.
2Subsection 23.8(2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16” and substituting “sections 12, 16”.
COMMENCEMENT
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2010.
