1Section 11 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-247 under the Revenue Administration Act is repealed.

2Section 13 of the Regulation is repealed.

3Section 14 of the Regulation is repealed.

4Section 15 of the Regulation is repealed.

5Section 16 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “sections 11 to 15” and substituting “section 12”.

COMMENCEMENT

6This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2010.
