1Section 16 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-24 under the Real Estate Agents Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
16In addition to the institutions authorized by paragraph 11(a) of the Act, a credit union as defined in the Credit Unions Act is an institution at which an agent may maintain an account for trust deposits.
2This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2011.
